The Denture Department at Helm Dental Laboratory has over 200 years of combined experience. No case is too complex for our very experienced team. We offer two types of dentures - digitally produced and conventionally produced. We use Lucitone 199 Digital Print with our Carbon 3-D Printers for our digitally printed dentures and IPS IvoBase injection technique with Lucitone 199 for traditionally finished dentures. These two methods allow us to fabricate denture bases with outstanding accuracy of fit and precision as well as durability.

•	Superior strength - exceeds ISO impact resistance requirements
•	Body activated material responds to body temperature
•	Allows for easy replacement should denture be lost or broken

Advantages of IPS IvoBase

•	No increase in vertical dimensions
•	Reduced material shrinkage
•	Homogeneous denture base
•	Low monomer content for better tissue compatibility

•	Digital Dentures can be finished with milled teeth or denture teeth
