Our Technology
X-Nav X-GuideNOW THE MOST ADVANCED DENTAL IMPLANT TECHNOLOGY IS FEATURED IN OUR LABORATORY The industry-leading X-Guide® surgical system paired with Cone Beam 3D imaging allows us to provide our doctors and their patients with the most accurate implant surgery. The X-Guide system utilizes the surgeon’s plan to provide turn-by-turn guidance during live surgery, giving the ability to visualize precise movements of the handpiece during osteotomy and implant delivery for more exact placement – it’s like GPS for the drill. Control the exact placement of implant POSITION, ANGLE and DEPTH with X-Guide Dynamic 3D Navigation during live surgery. CarbonHelm Dental Laboratory recently added their sixth Carbon printer for digital printing. Acquisition of additional state-of-the-art printers transforms the way digital models, nightguards, surgical guides, and dentures are produced in the lab as well as all Chrome GuidedSMILE cases. Carbon’s proprietary CLIP™ process and Digital Light Synthesis™ technology uses digital light projection, oxygen permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce parts with excellent mechanical properties, resolution, and surface finish. We find that the predictability, consistency, and accuracy of models printed using Carbon printers and DPR 10 resin are similar to injection-molded parts that are solid on the inside. What this means for you and your patients is a more consistent and accurate fit of your prostheses. In addition, incorporating digital printing with digital impressions eliminates the model pouring step that has been used in dentistry for decades.
